MerJ was hired to design this ground-up dispensary around an interactive customer experience model. Educational displays and a roving sales staff assist the customer through product selection, while a highly efficient and secure back-of-house order fulfillment system keeps customer waiting to a minimum. Inside, the high-ceiling, light-filled space and wood trusses create an unparalleled customer experience, modern and clean yet unmistakably ‘Denver’. Outside, the iconic shape of the roof form is uniquely recognizable to take best advantage of a highly visible site.
